I founded Blooming Melodies in August of 2019, and I have had a wonderful time watching it grow into this wonderful community. I am delighted to work alongside this brilliant team to develop all our programs! I love to read, spend time with my dogs Buddy and Zuko, study economics, and contribute back to the community. Hi, I’m Vajra! I am so excited to be the Director of Social Media! I am passionate about making a positive difference and make blooming melodies the best that it can be! I enjoy playing volleyball and violin!

Hey, I’m Lasya, your fundraising director! I’m passionate about giving back to the community and making a positive impact through my work. When I’m not organizing fundraisers, I love shopping, going out with friends, and playing softball!

RECRUITMENT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

My name is Valerie. I love to watch tv, play video games, listen to music, and nap. I always listen to music for anything I’m doing, I listen to a lot of artists but I’ve always listened to a lot of Laufey to do my work, usually when I’m drawing, reading, or walking. I love my friends and family and my community.

Hi! My name is Rachel and I am the engagement coordinator for Blooming Melodies. I enjoy reading, writing, and hanging out with friends! I also love the team and am excited to continue my work with the organization.

TEAM EFFICIENCY COORDINATOR

Hey there! I'm interested in the social sciences, such as psychology, sociology, but especially criminology. I'm also passionate about mental health advocacy and hope to spread awareness about it while destigmatizing it in the future. Otherwise, in my free time I love listening to music, as well as reading and watching rom-coms.

Hello, I am Kanyin! I joined the Blooming Melodies team to provide students like myself a fun, more intriguing educational experience. In my freetime, I enjoy drawing and learning about history. I hope that with my help, as well as the rest of the team. We, Blooming Melodies can educate others on the value of soft skills such as problem-solving, creativity, work ethics, and empathy.

Hi, I’m Ariel! I’ve been writing poetry, songs, and short stories for most of my life, and have developed a passion for research. My current favorite topics of investigation are MLMs, ethical business behavior, and development economics. Writing and research help me better understand the world, and working with my team to better understand our community is so rewarding!

Hi! My name is Adrika, I love to write, read, and dance. Reading has alway been one of my favorite hobbies. Some of my favorite books are A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder and The Hunger Games. I also love spending quality time with my friends and family and giving back to my community!

Hi, I'm Niya Barry! I joined Blooming Melodies to interact with new people, form meaningful connections and solve real world problems. Connecting with other individuals and working together to find solutions to these problems is something that I deeply enjoy, and I find it fulfilling to partner with other organizations to work on projects that benefit our community in the long term. I enjoy playing the piano and reading. I also love physical activity, and am passionate about biology and science.
